An official name will come for these -there is a pair. The name really should be All-these-scrap-pieces-finally-came-together-and-made-these-pretty-stands. A rather charming pair, with arched doors, cutouts on the door fronts, heavy hardware, wide top, blazes of quartersawn on everything, and a nice traditional Mission/Craftsman color. Slightly 'blocky' and 'top heavy' perhaps, especially from this front view. But notwithstanding that, they are a truly traditional and eye catching pair! More shots to come, naturally. PAIR HAS JUST SOLD! This specific pair is No longer for sale, but we are still open for requests. Another beautiful set! Definitely think of me if you guys ever make an Art Nouveau piece and need matching metalwork hardware. It's one of my very favorite styles to work in. I forge a lot in stainless steel and have a brilliant young chemist that does all my patinas. He can color my stainless hardware to look like bronze or copper...
